Homecall support all locations within the yorkshire area and are able to offer same day or next day service in Leeds, Wakefield, Pontefract, Castleford, Normanton, York, Scarborough and all surrounding areas, we work extended hours and can usually make an appointment to suit you not the other way around, we put the customer first regardless of if you are a home user or business user, you will receive the same outstanding service.
For our onsite repair and installations service we offer a fixed callout charge including the first hour labour at £35. Each additional hour if required is then charged at £15 per hour. Over 85% of our calls are resolved within the first hour and incur no further costs.
If any parts are required for the repair of your system then our engineer will always quote for the cost of the repair before completing the work, we will not try to "stiff" you with an unexpected bill.
We do not charge extra for call out requests on evenings or weekends and do no have any "hidden charges". We pride ourselves above all else on providing an honest and reliable service where our customers continue to come back for years to come.
